In 1998 he was recruited to run the operations of a large privately held sales and marketing organization. During his tenure he drove its growth from $32 million in revenue and 78 employees, to $100 million and 300 employees, with annual cash flow funded growth of 28%. In addition to his duties as Chief Operating Officer, he was also its President and General Counsel. Having served these posts with distinction, he returned to the general practice of law in 2003.
